KEVIN PIETRACCI
FRACTIONAL CFO
Kevin brings more than 15 years of experience spanning accounting, finance, and operations, supporting owner-managed businesses across industrial, manufacturing, and service-based sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with leadership teams to strengthen financial visibility, improve decision-making, and implement systems that support profitable growth.
Before joining Mastery Fractional CFO Services, Kevin served as Vice President for a multi-division industrial coatings and manufacturing business, leading financial strategy, operational planning, and performance management. His work included developing KPI frameworks, strengthening reporting and job costing systems, and securing multi-million-dollar financing for capital expansion projects.
Kevin works closely with business owners and leadership teams to bring clarity to financial information and support confident decisions around growth, profitability, and cash flow. His approach combines disciplined financial analysis with a practical understanding of how businesses operate day to day.
He is currently completing the CPA designation through the CPA Professional Education Program.
WILLIAM CHENIER

Bill is a dedicated part-time team member at Mastery Fractional CFO and a full-time commerce student at the University of Manitoba. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for financial strategy, Bill seamlessly balances his academic endeavors with his professional responsibilities.
