RYAN CHENIER, BA (ADV), MBA
FOUNDER & CEO
Ryan founded Mastery Fractional CFO Services in 2019 and leads a team providing executive-level financial leadership to Canadian businesses, with a particular focus on construction companies ranging from $3M to $40M+ in revenue.
Before founding Mastery CFO, Ryan spent more than a decade in senior business development with a $600M+ national logistics company, working with CEOs, CFOs, and owners to develop financially driven solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
That experience shaped his approach as a CFO: connecting financial strategy with sales, operations, and the practical realities of growing a business.
Ryan holds an MBA and is based in Winnipeg, serving clients across Canada.​​​
LOGAN GIESBRECHT
OPERATIONS MANAGER & FINANCIAL ANALYST
Logan supports both Mastery CFO’s internal operations and the delivery of financial insight to clients.

He has several years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, analysis, and cloud-based accounting and reporting systems, working alongside our CFO team across a range of client engagements.
​
As Operations Manager, Logan also oversees many of the systems, processes, and workflows that help ensure client work is delivered efficiently and consistently.
ALEC HALKET, CPA
FRACTIONAL CFO
Alec works with business owners and management teams to strengthen financial performance, improve decision-making, and build the financial systems needed for profitable growth.
Before joining Mastery CFO, he spent more than four years in public practice specializing in assurance and audit, developing a strong foundation in financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls.
A Chartered Professional Accountant, Alec combines technical expertise with a practical approach to understanding what is happening operationally and what is driving financial results.
WILLIAM CHENIER
ASSOCIATE
Bill is a part-time Associate with Mastery CFO and a Commerce student at the University of Manitoba.

He supports the team across a variety of financial and internal projects, bringing strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
JASON GIESBRECHT
ASSOCIATE BOOKKEEPER
Jason supports Mastery CFO as a part-time Associate Bookkeeper and is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor – Online.

He brings practical bookkeeping experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive approach to working with both clients and the Mastery CFO team.
